Accessing treatment records

Log in to Salus3 to access your own treatment notes or the medical handover of your patient. 

LFAS uses a secure system called Salus3 to record treatment notes (called Patient Care Records). If you are treated by LFAS you can access a copy of these records at the link below.

Our system also allows for records to be shared with other healthcare professionals, such as ambulance or hospital staff to assist with a clinical handover or onward referral. 

In both cases, LFAS staff will provide you with an access code and PIN. You will need both of these details to access the records. If you have any problems using this system, please contact us.

Important note – HCP login details are single use only, so please ensure that you are able to save, print or utilise the treatment records when you access it.

Access patient care records (PCRs)

All information that is processed as part of our treatment is handled in accordance with our data protection policies and procedures (available on request) and our privacy policy. Medical information may be shared with other healthcare professionals for the purpose of treatment as a vital interest.
