Here at Lifesaver First Aid Services, our work has IMPACT. Â
We achieve this through setting out clear values and standards which we expect our staff to demonstrate and model in their work. If you choose to join us in a learning or training capacity, these values are essential expectations as these important values are crucial to a successful, supportive and positive learning environment for all.
We proudly display our values as an organisation and try to implement these in everything we do.Â

Integrity –Â We ask our staff to act with integrity in their work – this is a fundamental value to building trust within out teams and with our customers. Individuals should be transparent and accountable for their actions, mistakes and behaviours.Â

Mission –Â We have a mission to provide high quality services and courses, that support individuals in the learning and training environment. Our mission is to support individuals with developing their confidence and knowledge to #bealifesaver.
P
Passion –Â We have a passion for teaching knowledge and skills. We believe that first aid is a lifesaving skill, and that anyone can be a lifesaver in their community. We have a passion for watching individuals develop, strive and achieve what they set out to, and we will support that wherever possible.

Ambition –Â We are ambitious in our everyday work, but we are also ambitious to develop and improve our services. We value feedback, and we are continuously learning, to be able to provide quality services that meet the needs of learners.Â

Care –Â We care greatly about our learners and staff, and will always do what we can to provide practical support, welfare support and support in developing their learning. Our staff are selected to care for learners, patients and customers and this is a key aspect of their job.Â
T
Teamwork – Teamwork is crucial for our staff, to ensure the efficiency and quality of our services, but it is also crucial for our learners, to feel comfortable, confident and positive about their environment.
