We make sure that our pay is competitive against other industry measures. We include additional pay for antisocial hours and include expenses for travel and other similar costs. Â

Leave
Annual LeaveÂ
We all start with 25 days holiday  entitlement per year (full time equivalent, excluding bank holidays). After 3 years of service, your leave rises by one day per year, up to a maximum of 30 days.  Â
 Annual leave purchase schemeÂ
You can purchase up to an additional 3 weeks of annual leave each year. Â
 Other leave Â
We offer a wide range of statutory, special leave and voluntary leave. This includes paid leave for Armed Forces reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, as part of our Armed Forces Covenant commitment. Â
