This course would be ideal for first aiders holding an FAW or EFAW certificate requiring an annual refresher or for anyone wanting an understanding of lifesaving skills.

Courses usually assemble ready to begin at 9am and finish each day by 1.30pm with breaks throughout the day. Students must attend the whole course to be able to receive their certificate.

On successful completion of the course, students are awarded a Basic Life Support certificate which is valid for one year.
