Here at Lifesaver First Aid Services, nothing makes us more proud than when we get a positive review from a happy customer. This helps us to understand where we are doing things right. We also welcome reviews to let us know how we can improve and adapt our services. Below you’ll see our reviews and you can add you own by clicking the button at the bottom of this page. 

We also collect feedback from every student on our courses and every organisation that we provide medical cover for. One of our values is ‘ambition’, to want to develop and improve our services. This feedback helps us to do that. You can read more about our values and how they apply to our work here.

If you would like to leave us a review you can do this here at the bottom of this page, or on Google. We always try to respond to feedback and reviews, to make our customers feel heard and understood.

When things go wrong

We know that we don’t always get things right and occasionally things do go wrong. In line with our values and standards, we have ‘ambition’ to take on feedback. This is so that we can improve and better our services.
